Zoundry is a fantastic tool that allows one to compose blog posts offline. Also, you can control the date published displayed on the blog. Say, on a creative day, I write 7 posts. I don't want them dated the same day. With Zoundry, I can display their published dates as seven consecutive days.

One problem: Zoundry insists on uploading the original images even after I ask it to upload thumbnails only. I've tried contacting Zoundry support on this, but no response. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? It's a PITA to have to delete the images from the server each time.

Nice - I've used Blogdesk for a while, but feature-wise Raven seems like a great alternative.

Need to check it out... I am using Windows Live Writer and I like spellcheck (english is not my native :) ) but I hate that it recompresses images for no reason.

Interesting, I think I'm going to give it a whirl. Tried MS Live Writer a while ago, but never liked it.
