Jojo I think that this is more for those who do not want to go out to make sports. The usual geeks, housewives, gamers and so on. This could be a first step in the right direction.

If they manage to do it regularly. If they would change their diet as well it would be a huge step for them but humans are weak :P

Any exercise will be good for you. But it looks pretty lonely doing his routine in his house, all alone. Which makes it difficult for many people to stick to. Other than the hand remote control, is this really much different form the VHS tapes that have been available for years?

Diet is also important and for maintaining weight, making sure that you eat healthy and don't make it a regular habit to take in more calories than you burn.

A resting pulse rate of 71 isn't particularly low. Mine is about 58-61 and I know people who are in the 40's! I wonder what his blood pressure is and did it change after his test? And BMI isn't a very good measure for athletic, in-shape people because muscle is denser than fat. My BMI is 24.4, almost overweight by the standard charts but I am fairly muscular and don't have much fat.

Personally, I think most people would be happier in a some sort of group exercise (health club, yoga, soccer, hiking, etc.).

Speaking of hiking, I am going on a 10 mile hike today with 2000 ft. climb. Last week I did 14 miles with a 3000 ft total climb. Next week, my first try at kayaking in the ocean!
