Not sure if this happens on all systems, but Google for: NMIndexingService.exe hibernate and you find numerous posts on this. I just rename the file to get rid of the crap entirely. Horrible flap from Nero to put such hostile yuckware into their otherwise good product. The most outrageous thing about this

I wish all software companies would let us choose which components to install, or not! ...don't even get me started on 'Yahoo Toolbar' - 'Install' usually checked by default :-( At least it's (usually) a choice!
