At some programs it check automatically where you are and gives help straight from that program area.. Moreover it can use also the combination Ctrl-Win-Alt+ (while in winlaunch is not possible) that is actually independent from any application, so you don't need rules and exceptions. This one ican also create a shortcut to the F-keys. Winlaunch seems a little more sophisticated, but HotKeyBind does the trick for me, since I don't need that much functions.
