I was directed to your page when trying to download HP smart web printing only to find out I downloaded some other crap (driver update). People who practice this DECEPTIVE form of sales are little more than thieves and I would never purchase anything from you. Why not just go out and snatch purses from old ladies? At least then the world would know what you really are! Sincerely, Bill

I have the same problem.
If you try to customise your toolbar, there is no icon for it there either. All you can do is disable or enable the add-on through the Tools.

I had the same problem. It shows up in the list of Firefox add-ons, but there is no toolbar button, and no way to access any of the functionality or options. If you try to customise your toolbar, there is no icon for it there either. All you can do is disable or enable the add-on through the Tools. Wonderful.

Hello,I am trying to find out how to find HP Smart select Web Printing on my Firefox.
Sorry but i am not all that computer literate.
I have downloaded it but can’t find it.

at home I use Canon Easy-WebPrint a perfect tool for me (with less feature), but it works only with IE and Canon printers, btw I can’t use it at work so I’ll try HP Smart Web Printing.
