I normally just use it to sorta tell my few friends who use twitter whats going on :P, but since I have the facebook app as well, it sort of lets everyone else know as well. While I DO like the interface to AlertThingy (the transparent-ness) I don't think that warrants a move to it. Even though it does support twitter, I probably won't use the FriendFeed (feels like a twitter clone) and I know I won't use Flickr. Speaking of Twitter, how come you don't have an account Martin?
