“A download / install button is available in the same row, click that button to download the file DMSetup.exe and execute it when the download is finished.”

When I click on that button, I get XP’s choice to run or save the file. When I click on “Run” the file downloads, but does nothing, i.e., does not run. When I click on “Save” the file downloads, but also does not run when I open it from my download folder.

Same thing when I try to download it with my Download Manager.

Any comments, suggestions, please?
