It got me out of trouble a few times. Great for if you need a result quickly as you are on the phone. It's list is very thorough with older versions of Windows. It is a shame it doesn't have BSOD, XP or Vista errors, but that's because it hasn't been updated since 05. I used to use this program a lot. It got me out of trouble a few times.
