Microsoft released like every month an ISO image of the security releases of this month to the public. It is mainly intended for system administrators who need to apply the updates to a number of computers without using an automated solution.
The release contains all security patches that have been released by Microsoft in February in all languages supported. There must be some huge patch included this time because the size of this ISO image is 2.2 Gigabytes and it contains eight security updates for various Microsoft operating systems.
This release could be useful for home users as well if they have several computers without net connection that are running Windows. A better way in my opinion would be the Project Dakota ISO which contains all patches and not only those of February.
