If you start doing things like this you start putting them on the right side by proving that the side of law is in the wrong in more people's eyes. You can ban people - but that is only a symptom. You can't cure piracy in that way. But there are some goodnes in all industry crazy proposals. It opens people's eyes, and can wake real Resistance. I can understand fining someone for sharing files illegally, but kicking them off the internet is just stupid. Just because somebody commits a crime doesn't mean you should ban them from ever using the tool that they committed a crime with. Let's just hope that they decide against this. That’s a little harsh.
