Anoter valuable article. Of all of Cheryl’s articles I find this one the most useful. I think if you saved the thing as a powerpoint ohow it might eliminate the need for keeping the file separately on the pen drive or whatever

Not quite complete.
You should use the the Package for Cd wizard to take to movie with you.
The links in a powerpoint presentation are always relativ. When you put the presentation on a USB-key, you can’t play the video.
You should make the link to the movie absolute with the CD Package function to use the video in a powerpoint presentation.

There is also another way: use a flv-player as shockwaveobject in your presentation. Then you can use youtubevideo without converting.
