I used to think the same - but a few weeks ago I gave del.icio.us a try, and I&#039;m very happy with it.
I&#039;m not hugely interested in the &quot;social bookmarking&quot; aspect though. The main advantage is tagging, which makes it much more painless to quickly bookmark something (like this very article) than having to find a place in the folder hierarchy.
