I had the same problem and I resolved it doing this: With 7zip I unzipped the PC Suite.exe file, into the new folder (with the name”PC Suite”) I found and install the PCSS.exe and after that I installed the PC Suite.exe that was into the “PC Suite” folder... I had the same problem and I resolved it doing this:
