It did just get a revamp, with some visual features as well, some nice additions. I don't like the Google integration that much, since it ads a drop dist of RTM tasks. For me it would be much easier if it would add the tasks themselves. You can of course export them, but that takes longer and needs to be done periodically. It's true it's wacky name doesn't really give anyone a clue about how feature rich it is! It just got recently reloaded with new features and got so much faster! I love the tagging ability and the smart searches in it. Plus, the Google Calendar integration is awesome and you could even add tasks from Twitter or your mobile phone.
