Nice program – all my mp3s ripped from last.fm are problem files – that’s a failure rate of unbeatable 100%. :-)

I’m not sure what it repaired exactly but mp3val repaired them.

What mp3val unfortunately can’t do: It doesn’t detect abrupted mp3s, e.g. files with missing beginnings or endings. Same with good ol’ mp3utility.

Foobar2000 has something like this built in also.
