I think the Freeware "IObit SmartDefrag" can do this. BTW: The portable Utility http://www.kessels.com/JkDefrag can this also - manually - when You place the JKdefrag.exe in Your "Send To" Folder and select any File or Folder and "Sendto" -> JKdefrag. ;) Automatic? I like automatic defraggers since there is no need to run the defragmenter manually or to set a schedule - the defragger handles everything transparently and without bothering me. After you analyze a selected drive, you can easily select files to individually defragment. If you want to defragment a folder, then you can select Action > Defrag Folder. I’m not sure how much faster this program is than others, but the included features are very nice.
