The first release candidate of the upcoming Open Office 2.3 has been released today and is available on the Open Office development website. The release notes show a huge list of changes, as far as I can tell there have been a lot of fixes and improvements in this version and it should be worth the download if you are an early adopter.
the new version has a size between 106 and 150 Megabyte depending on the operating system that you download it for. Make sure you check out my tips on how to speed up Open Office loading times to make the most out of it.
