Downloading seems ok but seeding seems to be a problem. uTorrent port forward test fails (through HTTP-Tunnel). HTTP-Tunnel is more like a local proxy through which applications can be configured to access the internet from a remote location (USA) where-as with Relakks all traffic passes through the VPN and connects to the internet from Sweden. Maybe I'll give Relakks a try. I tried HTTP-Tunnel v4.4.4000 (the paid for service) and uTorrent v1.7.5 the other day from work (multiple firewalls).
