oops sorry I mixed up the names of 2 blogs I read pretty frequently.

You CAN have same mac for 2 addresses. (atleast in Linux, and I am pretty sure in Windows). It will be somehting really fubar, but it is allowed. (Edit the registery and put the MAC address you want).

Best tool, write a script. use devcon to restart your interface and reg add/del to add what you want to the registery, it is so much easier to do when you have multiple macs you want to keep changing about in.
