I use rsdownloader now (since rapget doesn’t get updated :/ )

I have Vista here (even x64) I just copied my rapget folder from xp computer to here and works without errors …
Be sure to install the ssl32 libraries !!! (put them in rapget folder – for example c:\rapet\ and put them also in c:\windows\system 32)
those ssl32 libraries are actually just 2 DLL files if I remember well.

my rapget folder contains these files => (since year and day …)
ssleay32.dll
rapget.ini
rapget.exe
readme_en.txt (not needed)
links.dat
some language (x:\rapget\language) folder wich contains the .LNG files

tried rapidshare manager yet to download?

that’s just not possible …
btw. Rapget can only be used with premium accounts. If you guys are free users, it doesn’t work at all … !
Than use cryptload or Jdownloader or something similar like that.

If you want I can upload my files of rapget, and try them on your comp.
btw. vista or xp ? doesn’t have effect actually cause I have both here and works perfect (with premium account)
Megaupload doesn’t work here (with premium account) dunno why, some guy I know has same problem. At him MU works but not RS :s strange problems

I did EVRYTHING exacly how u told me and it is still not working.When i paste to clipboard the items i press the green button to start the download all the links go green like he started and than in 3 seconds RapGet closes down on its own.It tottaly closes i need to reopen it.I really need some other help its not the stuff u are explaining me i got all that right and it still not working there is some other problem! Please Help some1

You have to paste the .DLL files into your rapget folder and also in c:\windows\system32\ ;)
the mp3 is just for fun I added lol

base.rob = basic file you need to run rapget properly
download rapget again and reinstall it ;)
than it should work ;) (well I don’t have any problems with it

I extracted only the base.rob file from the rapget rared file i downloaded i started rapget easy and the same problem happened i pasted 100 links into it it finished all downloads in 1 second and closed rapget!
Any1 has any idea whats wrong?

i dont understand how to install there is 1 mp3 file and 2 dll`s no exe @ all i copied 2 dll`s into my rapget folder and it aint working….
OK i dled it from rapget site and installed into my rapget folder and it still doesnt work…..

what version you use ? use the latest version and/or reinstall this program. Delete the links.dat file maybe and try to reboot rapget.exe
base.rob could be corrupt also but I don’t think so. Be sure to install the SSL libraries ;) (see above)

Why is my RepGet closing evry time i paste more than 10 links at once.I am a RapidShare premium account user.Why is that happenig it just closes the RapGet program and i have to start it again and put maximum 10 download links in it….
Any1 can help?

for RS, you need to download & install SSL 32 libraries ;)
you can find them on the rapget site
install them into your rapget folder & defintly in c:\windows\system32\ ;)

than it should work afaik

btw. get the latest version of rapget ;) = v1.41

i tried downloading from megaupload.. it works well.. but doesnt work with rapidshare..
any ideas on how to get it 2 work with RS??

Hi,
I’ve been using Rapget to get files from Rapidshare smoothly. But I haven’t been able to get files from MegaUpload (of course I have paid account with MegaUpload.)
Anyone successfully get files from MegaUpload using Rapget, please advice.

u can use rapget by copying the download link

example: copy the rapidshare link that has a capthca on it and paste it on rapget then click the green arrow, wait a while and it will start smoothly
