Yea, cool website, haven’t visited for long tho.

Martin, just a note that you might want to replace the link to point straight to the index site.

Quasimodo says:

Well,

the video quality mostly sucks.

But it is a good way to preview and make up your mind on which movie/show dvd rips to get from p2p/usenet …

About this kind of streaming site…

I never could play a video from Youtube, Myspace, dailymotion, and tis new one presented by Martin, with an acceptable continuous stream.
I have 512 Mo of ram, a broadband connection with 1 Mpbs, wich is compliant with the minimum requirements for a good streaming play.
So what ? It seem’s that those sites are the most frequented on the web now, so I suppose the videos are viewable… Except by me ? Me only ?
It is a mystery for me…

Cristian says:

Try this site ;)

Benóný (Iceland) says:

cool site, but it’s taking forever connecting :/

Martin says:

Me: I can only give you the tip to let it load until it is finished and start playback then OR download the video right away using one of the many popular Youtube downloaders.

I used to subscribe to a site called ESS which is now long gone as they used to host the content and got shut down as a result, I have been looking into online streaming ever since. tv links is a good site with a vast array of content I must say I have not watched the regular tv as such for many months now and find that ovguide.com (online video guide) is a splendid portal for finding the shows broken or, not on, tv links. I find many shows or films are split into parts so open them all in separate tabs, push pause and by the time part 1 is watched the other parts are ready to roll. I also found that opendns seemed to increase my buffer times. Quasimodo you may want to look at joox or stage6 as the content is all divx and normally very good quality. looking forward to not paying my next tv licence bill :p

Thank’s Martin !
The tip to let the video load until it is finished and start playback then doesn’t work for me with flash streams.
When I really need to play the video, I let it play until it is finished, then simply copy it from Temporary internet files to another folder, and play it offline. The video plays perfectly that way. So I think I can say it is not a matter of power of the computer.
Your answer and the other ones let me suppose that Youtube, Myspace, etc… work well for many people. But I took a look at Google to see that they don’t work for many people too. What amazes me is the huge success of those sites that don’t work for so many people.

Andy says:

Yep, thats the site to use.

Another site that indexes TV show links is Alluc.

Watch TV Online says:

I found a new Major VID site where you can watch TV, Movies, Videos & more for free. I have been watching the Simpsons online ever since. Their search platform searches all of the major video sites at once so you can find videos from multiple sources from just 1 place - http://www.LotsOfGreatVideos.com

Tv Links Team says:

Everyone knows that TV-LINKS.CO.UK was one of the greatest site ever created. Just as good as good ol Napster. Now tv-links has finally come back and changed its name to http://www.tv-links.eu. So people that loved or never heard of tv-links now have the second chance to check out what was so great about tv-links. Well enjoy and be happy people! Please spread.

The tv-links concept seems to have been so successful that others have tried to copy it. We don’t mind competition, we just want you to choose the best.

Regards,

Tv Links Team
