I have been looking for a way to change the taskbar color and this program does something even better , It alternates.. I wonder why its not so popular when so many people are looking for a way to do it.

Sorry to disappoint laptop owners
your screen will use *exactly* the same amount of power whether it shows completely white or completely black.
There is a lamp behind your screen that burns continuously, regardless of your display colors.
The only way to save power is to turn that lamp down. Some laptops can do that.
