I used to use Montastic while on another host, as it always seemed like my site was down. When I was bombarded with many emails a day, I realized my site really was down as frequently as I thought. Switched hosts since then - I should probably try Montastic again, just for comparison...but I haven't noticed my site go down in a long while.
