What is his background? Does he know anything about counseling or psychology? What exactly is he going to do when he is contacted by someone who might be suicidal, has a serious drug problem, or is the victim of abuse? Is he really prepared for the moral (and possibly legal) repercussions of his 'advice' ? As far as I’m concerned, the phone bill is the least of his worries.
