I was looking for translators to translate the content that I’m writing in English to other languages. The response was phenomenal and I could quickly fill spots for Spanish, Italian and German versions of Ghacks. Those sites are online by know and can be accessed by replacing www with the country extension. To be more precise you can access them by clicking the following links: Ghacks ES, Ghacks IT and Ghacks DE.
I’m currently developing sites in Chinese and Japanese as well which completes the first step of total world domination. It is a little bit early to speak about success of those localized versions because it takes a while for search engines to pick up the new pages. Still, the Spanish version is doing well and has 7 subscribers so far which will surely rise to hundreds in the coming weeks. Revenue is slowly generated and will increase over time as well.
My friend Everton from Connected Internet is following my lead and offering the same deal to everyone who would like to translate his site into a different language. If you feel like it pay him a visit and apply for the job. His blog is as popular as mine and his income level with his blog is similar to mine, a good way to make some money. I will keep you update on the progress.

you could also change the logos with the local version tld (Ghacks.es for example) and put a baseline like “A site of the ghacks network” :-)
Martin, by the way…
You said you are living in Germany. I’m french, and the way you use english language amazes me (your good job does too).
Is english or german your native language. (or another one ?)
And thank’s again for ghacks.
Netking that is actually what I want to do. I just have to wait for my friend who can do it in Photoshop for me.
My English is fine but I’m not a native. I have difficulties from time to time and make errors every know and then but writing for about 2 years have helped me decrease their amount ;)
can do it if you send me the file ;-)
Good idea but I have given a look at the Italian version and it seems to me very poor. The translation seems done with a software or from someone that is not Italian.Just an example:”Ho disabilitato il cestino (recycle bin) di Windows, cosi’ i file trapassano” this is horrible in Italian.

P.S.:Sorry for my English it is not my native language
hi!
very bad italian translation
sorry..
No, I do not use any software to translate the articles, what I did was to translate phrase by phrase into Italian. Thing that you guys don’t seem to appreciate.
I will (already started) to translate the main content into Italian and not the litteral translation anymore.
If you don’t like my way, please take my place.
