I downloaded CrossLoop immediatly this morning. I use to support 9 provincial offices spread over South Africa, and was looking for a [b]free[/b] remote assistant tool for a long time now. I used teamviewer, which is a great tool, but not free. I could use it for a maximum of 10 sessions of 30 minutes a month.</description>
