I am a developer and received several emails from a woman claiming that my tool was not working, "i have installed several times and it just doesn't work" she stated sever times. After me wondering why for around 3 days, i got a 5 or 6th email from her stating "I am really sorry, i didn't know what the status bar was! dont be angry". As my tool was a firefox plug in designed for the status bar, with images included, i have changed my view of peoples comments, especially when i don't know their background.
