When dealing with conversion software, splitting software etc.. I've come to expect it to take a very long time. In my case I'm taking Youtube video stream that I've converted to MP4 (free online). I take episodes of a show which is seperated into 3 parts, now I can link it as one. Cleans up the iPod quite a bit, and I don't have to keep selecting the next part to play once the first has ended.
