Hi Rob Walton.
Indeed Wallpaper Juggler contains spyware. I used it for few days until I find out that upload data without my permission. So I switched to BioniX Wallpaper which is WAY much better and also free.

My spywareblaster program http://www.spyblaster.com picked up this software. Can anyone tell me if it is clean? I would love to use it.
