my ipod classic it not working properly. Everytime i turn it on it says connect your ipod to itunes for it to restore, ive tried that but it comes up as go to http://www.itunes.com/ipod/support. I have tried that and it worked but not that good, because most of the time it freezes and the song either still plays even when i press the pause button or the menu. Basically everything freezes, even when i got to movies it only goes black and theres nothing you can hear or see.

At the time it works but most of the other times when i check if it’s fully charged, nothing works properly it always freezes and the whole system either goes black or the apple sign comes up and everything starts again.

What do i need to do ??

please help me i have a ipod toch second generation and it has a white screen and frozen not sure what to do :’((((

My ipod (30GB Video) has started freezing at the start of songs. It happens during normal play and when I change track. It is an intermittent fault but seems to be happening more frequently. Occasionally it will start playing again after a few minutes, but not always.

I can reset the ipod but it doesn’t always solve my problem.

Can anybody help??

I have reset my ipod in the past and it worked fine but I cannot get it to reset this time.

Also does not show up under Devices in iTunes menu.

Do you know of any solutions??

Omg Thank You So Much!!! that was the third time in a row that my Ipod froze when i attached it to my computer i was getting so annoyed with it and all i had to do was press menu and the middle button!
