Do just what Backlash said…

“To get past the initial check:

Download wmp11-windowsxp-x86-enu.exe (link listed above)

Using WinRar, rightclick on the wmp11-windowsxp-x86-enu.exe and extract to a folder.

In that folder you can find the wmp11.exe to install. This seems to bypass WGA check.”

I followed the instructions by Backslash and I got the message:

The file wmplayer.exe has a version number of 11.0.5721.5145 where 9.0.0.3250 was expected. WMP is not installed properly and must be reinstalled.
Do you want to install the Player from the Microsoft Web site?

Now the player doesnt run no matter if i uninstall the v.11 setup. Any ideas??
