		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve heard that a HDCP enabled graphics cards isn&#8217;t the only protection that HD DVD companies are going to require for HD DVD playback. The rumor is that every piece of hardware from the motherboard to the monitor needs to be certified as secure and â€œunhackableâ€? to prevent pirating! I understand the thought process but if this is a rumor that is true the future of media looks grim.</p>
