I don´t know why the downloads are not working, I just tested it out by starting and canceling one after it began to download.

As for the leeching.. according to guba’s Terms of service they are doing nothing of the sort.

Guba provides and embedable player to use to access the content on thier site.

I meant: 2 tries, 2 fails. For the second try, I used Net Transport, and the download failed a few megas before the end, with no way to resume.
I then tried to download a third time, another file, and the result has been the same: the download failed 6 megas before the complete download.
I give up.
