Great how2,

But im having a few problems, i done everything u said but when i went onto firefox and tried to go onto http://www.abc.com it just comes up Connection timed out as if im not connected, im using wireless internet does tht effect anything ? Oh and i was putting the IP into the box where it says http proxie is tht correct or was it a different one i was to type it into?

thoughts anyone ? x

I used to live in Detroit, now I live a mile across the river in Windsor, Canada. I miss my US tv…… you can’t watch abc, nbc, fox or cbs on the internet in Canada. And the local stations only offer clips of the shows aired on these networks. So I personally wish to view USA networks on my laptop in Canada

Hi there, i have tried going through a proxy to watch some mtv shows but it keeps telling me that i need to download the latest flash player which i already have installed but i still get it telling me the same thing. I try to download it but nothing happens.

– Your antivirus software is protecting you. Hackers use proxies, so antiviruses block them. Mine does the same. Free proxies can be detected by most large sites and antiviruses as being proxies, so they’re blocked. You need a paid elite proxy to go undetected.

I can confirm that seo-proxies.com work great for that purpose.
Thanks for the initial article, the “free” proxy posted did not work for me but I started looking around and the seo-proxies one is cheap and works great.

Dude…..they block to non-US users because of the commercials. They have to be able to tell their sponsors that so many possible customers watched their adds. It still seems stupid to me, because having lived in 8 coutnries I know that they sell Tide detergent pretty much everywhere, etc….plus there are “amerikans” all over the world who go back home…..but please, it is understandable why a profit making company should want to block. I’m still getting around it though, as well as I can!

I’m having the same problem. Hotspot used to work fine for ABC. However, now, after the episode has loaded, I get the error message (episodes are temporarily unavailable…”).

Can anybody help?

Just go to http://leafpen.com, fill out their dumb survey and then watch all the lost you want!!! Works for me in the UK
