Head over to listible.com and take a look at their list of 103 resources on windows open source and freeware. New entries are added to the list, especially since it made it to the digg.com frontpage. All products are rated and have a description that gives you at least a hint about the general purpose of the software. Great list, most known, some unknow, enough said.
