Free PDF converters are a great feature. I wanted to mention that an easy way to convert to PDF is to use OpenOffice.org. It's another office suite, compatible with Microsoft Office, and of course free. Download it and install it from www.openoffice.org.

To convert any Microsoft document or another document to PDF, just start OpenOffice.org, open the document, and click the PDF icon on the top OpenOffice.org object bar. (Or choose File > Export as PDF.)

You can also batch-convert Microsoft or OpenOffice.org documents to PDF with the Web wizard, or create web pages composed of existing documents you point to. The wizard converts documents to PDF, HTML, or leaves them in their original format. In OpenOffice.org, choose File > Wizards > Web Page to see the wizard.
