I know, its not tech related at all: But I suppose many of you have the same sleep problems that I have. I use to work a lot and often stare at a computer screen for 10+ hours a day. When I´am finished I shutdown the pc and go to sleep. Most of the time I have problems sleeping right away and start to think about what I did today and what I have to do tomorrow.
