I found another upload service that lets you upload videos and images to their directory. They have no information on upload limits, only that the files will be on their server as long as they do not violate their Terms of Service.
They offer a site search where you can search the site for images and videos (adult content optional). I don´t know if your uploaded files are automatically added to their site search or if you have to enable it seperately.
Nevertheless the site search yields some nice results, try it out and head to badongo.com
