It seems Google released another beta program to the public, this time its Google catalogs. You can now search through mail order catalogs. Apparently Google scanned the whole content of hundreds of those catalogs and made every word on every page searchable.
With every search you perform a catalog code and the phone number from the mail order is displayed, so you can easily order or ask questions this way.

dude – this is old as crap – no catalogs at all from 2005 i’d bet
I did not look further into this service, i suspect its only US catalogs anyway so no use for me..
