PORNZILLA: PORN SURFING REDEFINED

PORNZILLA – A site about porn surfing using Firefox, now that’s an interesting niche project.. or maybe not so niche at all. So, what has this site to offer to the regular erotic junkie who can´t live without his daily dose of porn on the web ?

For instance, they compiled a list of bookmarklets that you simply drag to your bookmarks toolbar. Among the list bookmarklets that let you zoom images, navigate in TGP Galleries (no it does not mean Terrorist Group Profiles, it means Thumbnail Gallery Post) and let you search Google for similar sites.

That’s not all, the guys over at Pornzilla also compiled a list of the most useful Firefox extensions for porn surfing. (make sure your version is supported). Those extensions help you again to navigate through porn sites, view all images on a page, save all images and the well known panic button if your boss / wife / husband / enter a person you fear bursts into the room with the PC.

They also recommend to change some Firefox settings which stops some of the nasty porn sites habit like resizing windows and disabling context menus.

Update: Pornzilla is still available on the Interne.t. The site has not been updated for a while though, which means that some of the suggested tools and services are no longer available or functional.

The majority of bookmarklets and at least some of the services are still working, making the site still a viable resource collection.

And while it is called Pornzilla, the majority of tools can be used for regular Internet activities as well. Bookmarklets for instance include options to search Google, zoom in or out of images, or removing redirects on sites.

Some of the suggested Firefox add-ons can be used for generic purposes as well.
